• As we dive into a month of building, creating, and transforming at the Cuidad de Crecimiento, we’ve also created a space completely dedicated to nurturing your body, mind, and spirit. At Aleph, we believe that that holistic well-being is essential for growth.

• By fostering a lifestyle that prioritizes physical, mental, and emotional health, we empower you to create from a cup that is full, leading to richer, more fulfilling creations, experiences and interactions.
• Aleph’s Wellness Track offers a transformative journey to find your balance and enhance your wellbeing throughout the month! We’ll be offering a variety of activities such as a run club, yoga classes, sauna + ice-bath immersions, a variety of dynamic guided meditations, breath-work, sound healing, access to our partnered gyms, football, padel and more!

The Wellness Sanctuary

• Just a 5 minute walk away from the Aleph Hub at Conception Live, the Wellness Sanctuary is a “Sanctuary” where you can retreat and reconnect. Most activities such as yoga, breath-work, meditations, sauna + cold-plunge, and workshops will be taking place here.

Gym Access

• Our partnered gym is ONFIT Colegiales. Just show your Aleph wristband / passport and get a special price of $24,900 on your membership for the month!
• Opening hours: • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• We will also be bringing wellness to startups and builders at the Hub, through different reconnection and embodiment practices in between sessions.
